We offer a full refund or exchange within the first 30 days of items shipped to you incorrectly, defective, or damaged. If, for some reason, you do not like your knife during the first 30 days, you may return the unused knife with its original packing material at your expense and pay a 15% restocking fee.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange.
Exempt Products
The following items are exempt from refunds or exchange:
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale. No Returns.” on your invoice unless they arrive incorrectly, defective, or damaged.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges – Items shipped Incorrectly, Defective, or Damaged within 30 Days of Purchase
Items will only be refunded or exchanged if the following requirements are fully satisfied:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase (receipt) must be provided.
Shipping Your Product
If your item is eligible for return or exchange due to being received Incorrectly, defective, or damaged, please ship the product to the following address using the return shipping label in the original shipment. If you have misplaced this return shipping label, please get in touch with us for a copy. Please indicate inside your return shipment if you wish for a refund or replacement.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you ship back a product that was not incorrectly shipped to you or is not defective or damaged, you’ll be notified and responsible for the shipment back to you. If you choose not to pay for the shipment of your product back within 30 days of this notification, the item will become the property of Red Duck Knives.
Eligibility for Refunds – Items you don’t want within the first 30 Days of Purchase
Items you don’t want will only be refunded if the following requirements are fully satisfied:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

- Proof of Purchase (receipt) must be provided.
- You agree to return the product at your own expense.
- You agree to pay a 15% restocking fee based on the total cost of your original purchase, including sales tax.
Shipping Your Product
If an item you don’t want is eligible for return, please arrange for the shipping back at your own expense. Please indicate inside your return shipment that you do not want the item.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. To ensure the delivery of your item to our location, please utilize Certified mail offered by USPS or the insurance option available through UPS.
Replacement Product Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary. At the time of shipment, you will receive a notification via email or text on the status of your shipment. The information in these notifications will allow you to track your package.
Refund Processing
The refund process may take between 10 and 20 days to complete. The speed of this process depends on the return shipping time of your product, the 1 – 2 working days necessary to process your refund at our headquarters, and the time it takes your credit card company to post the refund back to your account. You will be notified by email or text of the date when we have refunded your money to your credit card company. You should receive your refund within 5 – 7 working days from this notification date.
